Exchange Policy
- Request Period: You must raise a request to exchange your order within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for an exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- How to Raise a Request: Visit our Returns & Exchanges page to initiate an exchange request.
- Required Information: Have your order ID, the pin code of your delivery address, and photos/videos of the items in the same condition you received them.
- Condition of Items: Any product that has been used or tampered with will not be approved for return.
Return Process
- Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Reverse Pick-Up
- Conditions for Free Reverse Pick-Up: If you received a defective/damaged product or the wrong item, we provide a free reverse pick-up.
- Charges: For returns due to other reasons, a reverse pick-up charge of [Rs 300-Rs 400] will apply.
Damages and Issues
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Kindly provide a photo or video of the issue.

Exchanges
- Process: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation Policy
- Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
